BOOK ONLINE
To manage our bookings, we use Hallmaster, an online booking and invoicing system. Using the calendar below, you can view our availability, set up a customer login, and request a booking for your chosen date. Our team will then review and confirm your booking. ​
Our hire rates are listed on the Hiring the Hall page.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for your deposit.
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer and the VH bank details can be found on your invoice.

Payments​
For bookings over £100 - £100 deposit required
For bookings under £100 - full payment required
For wedding deposits/payments, please see the payment schedule set out in the Weddings at the Village Hall document.

Security Deposits
All hires will require a security deposit as follows:
Daytime hires/under 50 people - £50
Evening hires/50+ people - £250
Security deposits will be refunded once the Hall has been checked post-hire provided that everything is in order.
