The Hall was left in trust to the village of Claypole and is run as a charity by a team of committed volunteers.
In terms of revenue, we rely solely on income from hirers to cover the running costs and we actively pursue external funding for larger-scale projects and renovations, which can be costly on an old building.

VOLUNTEERS
We are are an active and friendly team of volunteers with a range of skills but we would always welcome extra help.
It doesn't have to be a big commitment - perhaps you would like to run a one-off event or could you lend us your professional or trade skills or maybe you're happy to bake a cake and serve cups of tea. Every little helps!
We are currently on the look-out for a new bookings secretary though, if you're interested.
